9 artists, 1 apartment, 1 foundation, 1 company. ‘Ricette per Appartamento, Manuale di cucina azionista’ was born in summer 2010, when the 9 artists guests of Lagostudio develop some "artist instructions", recipes that the tenants of LAGO Flats can personalize with their own ingredients. 

Those who had booked for the dinner found themselves eating in every room of the apartment, using all the furniture in an unconventional way, special tables were designed to take advantage of all the spaces and who found himself having dinner sitting on the bed quickly went from sitting to lying. During dinner guests were the protagonists of the art film GLI AMATORI by Francesco Urbano and Francesco Ragazzi. Playing with the traditional family movie, the artists abandoned the representation of family dynamics to make a portrait of the foundation march in a "business" context, making guest stars of all the attendees to the evening.

In addition to the film, the participants were able to taste the DIY INSTRUCTIONS recipes of Valentina Vetturi, a special white notebook was passed on around the tables enticing guests to leave their special instructions on how to use the furniture and the Lago Flat in an unconventional way, and guests responded enthusiastically to the questions of the artist and immediately the booklet was filled with sketches and drawings. Guests attended the instructions of artist Daniel Zoic CHAMBER MUSIC, who, thanks to the participation of the strings section Fraglia dei Musici, transformed the apartment into a concert. The second recipe of the evening were the UNTITLED instructions of Elisa Caldana that led the guests into a surreal and alienating atmosphere.
